I&#8217;ve molded my architectural workflow to address these issues for my customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Client permission\/coordination and scheduling:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can represent you and coordinate directly with clients for permission, scheduling and access.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can directly address any concerns of the client: I\u2019m unobtrusive, use minimal equipment and can work around active sites and spaces, I can also provide samples of similar work so the client has an idea of the finished product.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I have a flexible schedule to shoot off-hours if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can coordinate directly with your superintendents, project managers, etc. for the best time to capture a space (towards the end of punchlist work, prior to move-in, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Direction during the shoot:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I\u2019m very familiar with construction and construction documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can shoot projects without direction and select the best views of the space or spaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can take direction at the location, I can meet you prior to the shoot to review what you\u2019d like showcased, you can tell me what you want to showcase by phone, or you can just scribble some arrows on a drawing and email it to me.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Images:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I provide high-definition, color corrected and retouched digital images.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can produce high quality, framed or frame-ready archival prints, metallic or acrylic ready-to-hang art, etc. in any size.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery of final images.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I can process a shoot and deliver my selection of the best images or I can send proofs for you to select your favorites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I deliver images promptly (within days, not weeks).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pricing:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>I price my work by hour of shooting time.<\/li>\n<li>An hour yields 5-8 final images depending on the type of space and shoot.<\/li>\n<li>As a reference, a\u00a0single space retail shoot should take one to two hours depending on size, details, etc. larger residential or commercial spaces or multi-room office spaces will take up to three\u00a0\u00a0hours typically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">My Rates<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">$ 400.00 per hour of shooting time for Architectural work<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">$ 300.00 per hour for Real Estate work (color and lighting\u00a0corrected images, no retouching included).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">For locations beyond New York City and adjacent boroughs, I charge\u00a0a nominal fee\u00a0for travel time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">My copyright information and terms of use<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>I retain\u00a0the copyright of all images.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Non-exclusive usage rights are extended, upon receipt of payment, to you and\/or your company (collectively the client)\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">only<\/span>, and as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Usage rights extend to final delivered images only. Proof images, edit proofs or rejected images are not part of the images for which rights are granted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Use of images for publication such as advertising, trade magazines, news or social media, etc. is allowed insofar as the main subject is the client, the work of the client, or the work primarily of the client and others.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Use of images other than for the client\u2019s own website, brochures, social media, postcards or mailings must credit the images to the photographer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Distribution of images to others, including owners, representatives, designers, contractors, etc. is by permission from the photographer only.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Altering of images beyond cropping or re-sizing for layout purposes is by permission from the photographer only.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">The copyright information and any other metadata embedded in the digital image files is not to be stripped or altered in any way.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Preparing for shoot<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Permission from the owner, agent or tenant for us to photograph the location or space.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I will need to operate lighting controls, window treatments, etc. to obtain the best possible images when photographing interiors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I may straighten, move or remove, and afterwards replace, items that might be in the way of the areas being photographed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">My equipment is not obtrusive, I will use a camera on a tripod and portable, wireless\u00a0flash lighting if required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I usually work alone.
