Please note that I retain the copyright of all images.
Non-exclusive usage rights are extended, upon receipt of payment, to you and/or your company (collectively: the client) only, and as follows:
- Usage rights extend to final delivered images only. Proof images, edit proofs or rejected images are not part of the images for which rights are granted.
- Use of images for publication such as advertising, trade magazines, news or social media, etc. is allowed insofar as the main subject is the client, the work of the client, or the work primarily of the client and others.
- Use of images other than for the client’s own website, brochures, social media, postcards or mailings must credit the images to the photographer.
- Distribution of images to others, including owners, representatives, designers, contractors, etc. is by permission from the photographer only.
- Altering of images beyond cropping or re-sizing for layout purposes is by permission from the photographer only.
- The copyright information and any other metadata embedded in the digital image files is not to be stripped or altered in any way.
