Headshots
Headshot sessions can be anywhere from 1 to 3 hour sittings. You can see the images as we shoot so we can work on getting the looks you want together.
I have a studio set up with backgrounds, lights, etc. I also have equipment to shoot on location if required. I use high resolution, professional cameras that deliver ample image sizes for headshots.
I mostly shoot studio headshots on white, grey or black backgrounds.
I will retouch the final images to remove blemishes, etc. As a rule for this, I tend to work out anything temporary like acne, blemishes, small scratches, etc. as well as clothing wrinkles, lint, etc.
The Sitting
After a brief discussion regarding what you’re looking for in your headshots, we can get right to it.
If you’ve arranged for hair and make-up through me, they will be here when you arrive. If you’re bringing your own, please let me know so I can arrange a work space.
there will be minor adjustments to the lights to accommodate for your look, etc. and I’ll start shooting right away. The pictures will display in a small monitor that you can check as we shoot if you’d like.
From the start, I will be asking you to move around to get your best angle. We can do as many wardrobe, background or lighting changes and looks within the time of the session.
After the session, we can select the final images together. It usually takes about 30 minutes per hour of session to go through everything. This time will be in addition to your allotted session at no charge but please allow for it in your schedule.
within 3 days of the sitting. I will have the images ready and can send them to you via dropbox, fileshare, box, etc. or a zip file via email (I don’t do prints in-house because it’s not cost effective, but I can provide packages through local or on-line vendors).
Pricing
I have a basic package with up to one hour sitting and up to 5 final images for $ 150.00.
For more comprehensive packages, I charge 200 per hour.
If you’re interested, I have a few hair and makeup artists that I work with depending on your needs.
You can pay me at the end of the sitting when you’re satisfied with the selected images, or via paypal when the final images are ready.
